A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, I started my working life in Human Resources where I held senior posts (latterly as a Global HR Director). I loved working with people to create positive change but didn't enjoy the office politics. Being a hypnotherapist, nutritionist and coach enables me to enjoy all the good things about my old role but none of the bad. I have been a hypnotherapist since the late '90s. I became a nutritionist in 2008 because I realised that there is a component to people's stress levels and mood that needed an integrative approach which led me to undertake a 2 year course in nutrition. I also believe that the mind affects the body just as much as the body affects the mind.
While I still undertake HR projects such as corporate coaching, leadership training, change management, emotional intelligence, team building etc. much of my work is as a hypnotherapist, coach and wellness practitioner. I am pleased to be able to offer my business clients stress and wellness coaching now too. Because of my background, a lot of my clients come from the corporate world but I am happy working with all kinds of people from all walks of life with a variety of problems they want to overcome. This could be a stay-at-home mum, a budding actor, a struggling couple, or a stressed manager.
I am a Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming, an advanced clinical hypnotherapist, and a member and supervisor of the General Hypnotherapy Register. I am also a member of The British Society of Integrative Medicine and a Master Practitioner of Eating Disorders. I have additionally had specialist training in addictions and I treat a lot of people with anger issues
You can be assured that I have many years of experience in coaching and training individuals in the corporate world and in private practice to help you be Your Empowered Self.
As well as being a Senior Associate of the Royal Society of Medicine, I am a registered NHS provider, Code 8GC39 and PruHealth, and Medisure registered.

I balance the practical with a mind-body-spirit approach to help empower people just like you. Following a thorough initial session I develop a highly tailored, yet flexible approach to uncover patterns and contributory factors to help you overcome blocks to achieving our goals and living the life you want for yourself.
My style is friendly, practical and down to earth. I am also empathic and straight talking with a good sense of humour - a combination my clients enjoy.

My practices are in Byfleet Village, Surrey (close to Weybridge, Walton on Thames, Esher, Cobham, Woking, Guildford, Egham) and Harley Street, London - very central for people in North London, South London, East London, West London and the Home counties. Clients have travelled far and wide to see me - some from as far afield as The Middle East. Hopefully you are a little closer.
