You are in Safe Hands – My Credentials
A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, I started my working life in Human Resources where I held senior posts (latterly as a Global HR Director). I loved working with people to create positive change but didn’t enjoy the office politics. Being a hypnotherapist, nutritionist and coach enables me to enjoy all the good things about my old role. A hypnotherapist since the late ’90s. I became a nutritionist in 2008: because I realised that there is a component to people’s stress levels and mood that needed an integrative approach which led me to undertake a 2 year course in nutrition. The belief that the mind affects the body just as much as the body affects the mind is a key component.
While I still undertake HR projects such as executive and leadership coaching, emotional intelligence, team building etc. much of my work is as a hypnotherapist, coach and wellness practitioner. I am pleased to be able to offer my business clients stress and wellness coaching now too. Because of my background, a lot of my clients come from the corporate world. But but I am happy working with all kinds of people from all walks of life with a variety of problems they want to overcome. This could be a stay-at-home mum, a budding actor, a struggling couple, or a stressed manager.
