As an integrative coach and therapist I have a whole-person approach to helping you overcome barriers to achieve positive change. Even the strongest people need help sometimes but only the wisest seek it. Others use unhelpful coping strategies that keep them stuck, like eating too much; drinking too much; withdrawing into themselves; surfing their social media; or working harder to achieve perfection and control. There are many ways people can avoid dealing with those issues which interfere with their sense of wellbeing.
